2014
August 2014 – A new local energy partnership brings innovative solar tracker to RI. The Dealer partnership between local developer E2SOL and solar tracker manufacturer AllEarth Renewables was announced today. The first AllSun Tracker installed by E2SOL was commissioned at a recent event last month for a private residence in Johnston RI. E2SOL installed the 7.2 kW DC AllSun Tracker featuring the latest LG300 watts solar modules and a 7.5 kW Fronius inverter with remote monitoring data manager system. E2SOL is currently developing a 43.2 kW solar project using six AllSun Trackers for Daniele Inc. new building construction project in Burrillville RI. The larger installation is expected to be complete early this fall. “We are excited to be partnering with the team at E2SOL LLC and to be able to provide our product to Rhode Islanders. Designed to produce more energy from the sun, our trackers make solar practical and affordable for homeowners and businesses,” said David Blittersdorf, president and CEO of AllEarth Renewables.”
2013
October 2013 – E2SOL LLC CMS-Solar Project located in Jamestown, RI. received approval to Interconnect to National Grid. CMS-Solar is the largest renewable-energy facility to be developed in the state’s marine trades to date. The system will not only provide 100% solar power to the 10-acre Taylor Point yard; it will also provide power to National Grid under the Rhode Island Distributed Generation Program, thereby saving a significant amount of fossil fuel over the years to come.
May 2013 – E2SOL LLC joins Puerto Rico Manufacturing Association (PRMA) to assist local island businesses reduce energy consumption and optimize financial operations. The Company will introduce its new Clean Power Plant Product Line at the PRMA Annual Convention to be held May 30 – June 2nd.
April 2013 – E2SOL LLC CMS-Solar Project located in Jamestown, R.I. secured a 15 year Power Purchase Agreement with National Grid under the Rhode Island Distributed Generation Incentive Program. CMS-Solar, a 128.31 kW Renewable Energy Facility owned by Conanicut Marine Services is anticipated to generate 179 MWH on an annual basis.
2012
May 2012 – E2SOL LLC secures first 126 kW Solar Power Facility development contract with Conanicut Marine Services Inc., a leading Rhode Island Marine Trades Industry establishment. The Solar Power Facility is scheduled to be completed and operational during 2013.
2011
December 2011 – E2SOL LLC secures 56 Acre land rights in Massachusetts for the development of a 6MW Solar Power Utility Scale Facility.
April 2011 – E2SOL LLC secures exclusive U.S. – New England Dealership for Danish-based ASMO Marine – Thoosa Electric Marine Propulsion Systems in affiliation with Annapolis Hybrid Marine, serving New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts states.
March 2011 – E2SOL LLC secures first 50 kW Horizontal Axis AEOLOS Wind Turbine, and new UL-Certified Power-One MSWI-Wind-50-US Inverter, sale and installation contract in the USA for Safe-Way Auto Sales of Bristol Rhode Island.
2010
December 2010 – E2SOL LLC secures exclusive Rhode Island Dealership for Polaris America U.S. and New England Dealership for AEOLOS Wind Turbines U.K. covering Horizontal Axis Wind Turbines (HAWT) from 20 kW to 100 kW.
March 2010 – E2SOL LLC files for patent protection for its Hydronic Zone Power Generator Device intended to generate electrical power in closed loop Hydronic Heating Systems.
February 2010 – E2SOL LLC secures exclusive Distributorship for Rooftop Vertical Axis Wind Power Products and Systems.
February 2010 – E2SOL LLC files for Organization in the State of Rhode Island as a result of a Joint Venture between Excel Marine Inc., a Bristol RI company, and Global Stock Trends Corporation, a Boca Raton FL company.
2009
November 2009 – E2SOL files for patent protection for its Electric Device for Generating Electrical Power intended to cogenerate electrical power from electric motor at use.
October 2009 – E2SOL files for patent protection for its Horizontal Marine Wind Current Renewable Energy Generator System intended to generate electrical power from wind currents in Marine Market applications.
September 2009 – Excel Marine Inc., a Bristol RI company, and Global Stock Trends Corporation, a Boca Raton FL company, entered into a Joint Innovation Collaborative Agreement to innovate and commercialize renewable energy technologies designed to maximize energy consumption efficiencies.
